What kind of transformation can I expect?
Transformation isn’t about total reinvention – it’s about becoming more of your authentic self. Through our sessions, you can expect mindset shifts, emotional resilience, and steady, achievable habits that build over time. Many clients describe feeling significantly more confident, energised, and aligned after their coaching journey.
How long is the coaching package, and what does it include?
My signature coaching package is 12 60-minute sessions structured over 24 weeks and typically includes:
- An initial deep-dive session to map out your goals and desired outcomes
- Ten fortnightly one-to-one coaching sessions
- Personalised tools, resources, and reflection prompts
- Ongoing email support between sessions
- A wrap-up session to celebrate progress and plan next steps
This gives you space to explore, act, and reflect in a supportive, structured environment.
Can I have fewer sessions?
I offer a six-session coaching series structured over 12 weeks which includes the same as the above, but with six bi-weekly sessions in total. I also offer a one-off ‘Empower Hour’ – a focused, 60-minute coaching session designed to give you clarity, support, and momentum – right where you are, without the commitment of a longer coaching package. It’s perfect for when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or need a reset with someone in your corner.
Do I need to know what I want to change before we start?
Not at all. Many clients come with a seed of an idea or an inkling of dissatisfaction. Coaching is about gently uncovering what feels most meaningful to you. Through guided reflection and positive psychology techniques, we discover what matters and build forward from there.
What if I’ve tried self-help books, podcasts or other coaching before?
That’s actually a great starting point. If you’ve felt some benefit but found it hard to embed change – or felt it lacked personal relevance – a coaching relationship brings accountability, clarity, and focus. It’s a tailored, feelings-first approach that meets you where you are.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused: centred on where you want to go and how to get there. While therapy often explores past experiences and healing, coaching is about goals, values, mindset, and actionable steps. That said, both coaching and therapy can complement each other beautifully.
How many sessions should I have?
It really depends on what you want to achieve through coaching. A one-hour session will help to explore a block or sticking point and will help explore what positive action is needed to move forward. A series of 6 sessions will help guide and support you towards 2 to 3 firm goals that you feel are achievable over the course of 3 months. A series of 12 sessions will help guide and support you with 3 goals that you are likely to achieve within 6 months. A discovery call will help to determine the best coaching timeframe for what you want to achieve.
What if I don’t finish all the sessions?
Life happens – you’re not alone in that. If unexpected events come up, we’ll work together to adapt. Sessions can be rescheduled where possible, with 24 hours’ notice and you always retain the right to pause, extend, or revisit sessions to best suit your journey.
How do I know if it’s worth the investment?
During the initial complimentary consultation – a 30-minute Discovery Call, we’ll assess whether this is the right fit. Many women report a meaningful shift in confidence, focus, and personal well-being long before the package ends. It’s an investment in clarity, momentum, and feeling more alive in midlife- and beyond.
Is this coaching confidential and non-judgmental?
Yes – in every way. Our sessions are fully confidential and conducted in a safe, empathetic space. The goal is to support you, listen deeply, and guide you without judgment, so you can be honest, curious, and empowered.

How did you become a life coach?
I trained for 6 months over 14 modules with The Beautiful You Coaching Academy, which included sitting an exam and working with pro bono clients to achieve my Life Coach certification. I also trained in Rational, Emotional Behavioural Therapy (REBT) with Transformation Academy. This is a form of therapy which guides people to take back their power by learning how to direct their own thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Do you work with men?
As a Coach who values and actively encompasses diversity, equity and inclusion, I embrace the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and value the personal learning that comes from that. I work with any person who is keen to set some transformational goals for their self-development – as long as there is a strong connection and we feel we are a good coach-client match!
