Coaching in Motherhood
"As a certified coach and a mum myself, I understand the challenges you face. My tailored coaching sessions are designed to empower you with practical tools and emotional support, helping you feel more confident and balanced in both motherhood and life."
The Beauty & The Beast
Motherhood is a rollercoaster of love, joy, and deep fulfilment — but it can also bring exhaustion, overwhelm, and self-doubt. The transition into motherhood often reshapes your identity, leaving you wondering who you are beyond being a mum.
Challenges to Confidence
From sleep deprivation to balancing work and home life, the mental and emotional load can take a toll on your confidence. The pressure to “get it right” can create feelings of inadequacy and guilt, making it hard to trust your instincts.

"In motherhood we can lose the ability to be someone for ourselves, as we respond to the pressure to be someone for everyone else"
What We Could Work On

Creating boundaries and prioritising self-care
Rebuilding self-confidence and self-worth
Staying in touch with your intuition & authentic being
Managing stress and overwhelm
Establishing work-life balance
Strengthening your relationship with your children and partner

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m a mum juggling a lot - do I really have time for coaching?
Yes, and it might be the most valuable time you take for yourself. Coaching isn’t “one more thing” on your list- it’s a space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with you. Many mums say it’s the first time in years they’ve had regular time that’s just for them – and that it helps them show up with more clarity and calm in all areas of life.
What if I don’t know what I want to work on yet?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. In fact, that sense of feeling “a bit lost” or stuck is often what brings mums to coaching. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been feeling off and start uncovering what you truly need and want next.
Can I really change things when my family life is so demanding?
Yes – but the change doesn’t have to be huge or disruptive. It’s often about making small, manageable shifts that make a big difference: setting boundaries, rediscovering your passions, changing the way you think about yourself. Coaching supports you to create change that fits your life, not the other way around.
I feel guilty spending money on myself - is coaching really worth it?
That guilt is common – and totally understandable. But here’s the truth: when you invest in your own wellbeing and growth, it benefits everyone around you. Coaching helps you replenish, reconnect, and realign – so you can lead your family with more energy, patience, and joy.
What kind of support will I get with a one-to-one coaching package?
You’ll receive:
- A deep-dive session to clarify your goals and needs
- Fortnightly 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions (typically over 12 or 24 weeks)
- Email support between sessions
- Tools and resources tailored to your situation
- A warm, judgement-free space to explore what matters to you
It’s personal, supportive, and built to move at a pace that works for your life.
What if I start and then lose momentum or fall behind?
That’s part of the process – life with kids is unpredictable. I offer a flexible, understanding approach. If you need to reschedule or pause, we can work around what’s going on for you. The key is consistency, not perfection.
Can I have a one-off session?
Yes! I offer an Empower Hour – Perfect for busy mums who want to escape, explore and empower themselves – with a bit of a reset and recharge.
How is this different from chatting with a friend?
Friends are amazing – but coaching gives you something deeper: focused time, powerful questions, tools grounded in positive psychology, and a completely unbiased perspective – from someone who has been trained to help you get the most out of your life. This isn’t just talking – it’s purposeful reflection that leads to real change.
Will I need to talk about my whole past or childhood?
Only if it feels relevant. Coaching is mostly forward-focused – it’s about where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. We might touch on past patterns if they’re showing up, but we won’t dwell there. A lot of our work together is on overcoming your blocks to help you get where you want to be.
What results do other mums see from coaching?
Mums I’ve worked with often report feeling more confident, calmer, and clearer about what they want. They create stronger boundaries, rediscover parts of themselves they’d lost, and feel more in control of their choices – even in the middle of a busy life.
How do I get started?
It starts with a free questionnaire and no-pressure Discovery Call. You can share where you’re at, ask questions, and see if coaching feels like the right next step for you. You don’t need to commit to anything unless, or until it feels right.
