Women face unique challenges to confidence in the workplace, including:
Imposter syndrome – Feeling like they don’t belong despite their accomplishments.

Gender bias – Navigating male-dominated environments or being underestimated.
Perfectionism – Feeling pressure to overperform or prove themselves.
Work-life balance – Juggling professional demands with personal and family responsibilities.

Returning to work after extended leave can be daunting and disempowering, & challenge a woman's sense of status & worth
Coaching for Women's Personal & Professional Development
Women’s personal and professional lives are deeply connected – when one thrives, the other benefits. Confidence, clarity, and balance in personal life often translate into stronger leadership, better decision-making, and greater resilience at work. By addressing both personal and professional development, coaching helps women unlock their full potential, navigate workplace challenges, and find fulfilment in both arenas.
Women Returners
Returning to work after an extended period of leave – whether for maternity, caregiving, or personal reasons – can be daunting. Women returners often face:
A loss of professional identity and confidence.
Concerns about skills gaps or being “out of the loop.”
Anxiety about balancing work and home life.
Coaching helps ease this transition by building confidence, redefining career goals, and providing strategies to adapt to the modern workplace.
Confidence coaching & how it works
Professional development through coaching focuses on:
Identifying and leveraging personal strengths.
Developing leadership and communication skills.
Managing conflict and difficult conversations.
Setting professional boundaries and improving work-life balance.
Overcoming self-doubt and building a confident, authentic leadership style.
Coaching helps women feel empowered to take up space, speak with authority, and lead with confidence.

One-to-One Coaching, Workshops & Motivational Talks
My one-to-one coaching offer is on a monthly contractual basis. I coach in-person at your location, or from my Surrey base, or online at your employee’s convenience. I also offer tailored workshops and motivational talks designed to empower women in the workplace. These sessions focus on building confidence, improving communication skills, and fostering a sense of purpose. By helping women align their professional identity with their personal values, these workshops encourage individuals to show up as the best versions of themselves, driving both personal and organisational success.

Shapeshifter: Aligning Personal & Professional Vision, Mission & Values
The initial return to work after an extended period of leave can be daunting for many reasons, not least because of yet another shift in status and identity. Coaching upon return supports women through a difficult transition whilst empowering and inspiring them to align their personal and professional vision, mission and values, and helps them to achieve their ideal work-life blend.

The Best of You: Growing in Authentic Confidence
Authentic confidence is the key to showing up as the best version of yourself. This programme for women in the workplace promotes deeper self-awareness, connection and commitment and increases confidence and personal power whilst bringing professional goals to life. Employees will learn the tools and techniques to effectively manage stress, build resilience and grow in self-trust and belief.

Empower & Enlighten: Flexi Power-Hour Sessions
One hour of safe and brave space is time to explore a sticking point or problem area at work - and come away feeling inspired, focussed and primed for positive action. Employees will be supported in problem-solving and decision-making through self-awareness and enquiry. Sessions will support them to: communicate with compassion and confidence; face discomfort to optimise their growth; master their intuition to avoid procrastination; and be creative in their solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m feeling stuck in my career - can coaching really help?
Yes. Whether you’re questioning your current path, eyeing a new opportunity, or just feeling burned out, coaching helps you get clear on what you want, why it matters, and how to take action. It’s not about quick fixes – it’s about building confidence, alignment, and momentum in your working life.
How is coaching different from mentoring or professional development at work?
Unlike mentoring (which often involves advice-giving), coaching is led by you. It’s a confidential space to explore what you really need – outside of company goals, office politics, or other people’s expectations. We focus on your values, mindset, and vision so you can move forward in both your personal and professional life with clarity and confidence.
I’m already stretched - how do I fit this into my busy schedule?
Sessions are designed to be focused, flexible, and energising – not another item on your to-do list. Many clients find that having space to reflect actually makes them more effective, present, and fulfilled in both work and life. We can schedule sessions around your workday, and email support is available in between.
Is this just for women in leadership roles?
Not at all. Coaching is for any woman who wants to feel more empowered, intentional, and fulfilled at work – whether you’re leading a team, navigating a career transition, or quietly wondering “what’s next for me?”. Wherever you are, this space is yours to grow and explore.
What kinds of workplace challenges can we work through in coaching?
A few examples:
- Imposter syndrome or confidence dips
- Overwhelm, stress, or poor work/life balance
- Career pivots or promotion planning
- Leadership identity and voice
- Difficult relationships or boundary-setting
- Rediscovering purpose and motivation
We tailor the coaching to what matters most to you.
Will this help me set better boundaries at work?
Absolutely. Many women come to coaching feeling overstretched and under-supported. Together, we’ll explore what boundaries feel right for you – and how to hold them in a way that supports your wellbeing and your professional growth.
Is this confidential? I’m worried about what my employer might think.
Yes, fully confidential. Our work together is entirely private, and nothing is shared with your employer. This is your space – to say the things you can’t always say at work and make empowered, aligned decisions from there.
How long does the coaching journey take?
My signature one-to-one coaching package typically runs over 24 weeks, with fortnightly sessions depending on your schedule. It includes:
- A deep-dive goal-setting session
- Fortnightly 60-minute personalised coaching sessions
- Ongoing email support
- Reflection tools and resources
- A wrap-up session to map out your next steps
It’s focused, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are.
What kind of results can I expect?
Clients often experience increased confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience. You might find yourself finally speaking up in meetings, setting healthier boundaries, making bold decisions, or rediscovering a sense of purpose. One client put it simply: “I feel like I’m leading my life again – not just reacting to it.”
How do I know if this is the right investment for me?
Start with a free, no-pressure Discovery Call. We’ll talk through your goals, where you’re feeling stuck, and how coaching could support you. If it’s a good fit, you’ll walk away feeling clear and empowered – no pressure, just possibility.
How did you become a life coach?
I trained for 6 months over 14 modules with The Beautiful You Coaching Academy, which included sitting an exam and working with pro bono clients to achieve my Life Coach certification. I also trained in Rational, Emotional Behavioural Therapy (REBT) with Transformation Academy. This is a form of therapy which guides people to take back their power by learning how to direct their own thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Do you work with men?
As a Coach who values and actively encompasses diversity, equity and inclusion, I embrace the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and value the personal learning that comes from that. I work with any person who is keen to set some transformational goals for their self-development – as long as there is a strong connection and we feel we are a good coach-client match!
